Policies and Procedures

These policies and procedures are put into place in order to

protect you as the client as well as our staff.

If you have any further questions regarding any of these,

please do not hesitate to reach out to any member of our staff for clarification.

Of course we understand that life happens and

some things are out of our and your control.

Our goal is to optimize our stylists time as well as

create an efficient and pleasant salon experience.

Thank you for your understanding and continued patronage. 


A complimentary consultation may be required prior to booking an appointment for your desired service. Upon evaluation from your stylist, a 20% deposit of your service charge may be required to book your future appointment and hold that spot. This non refundable deposit will be put toward the cost of your service.

In the event you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please give us at least 48 hours notice and your deposit will carry over to your rescheduled appointment.

If notice is given in less than 48 hours, a new deposit will be required to book a future appointment.

Cancellations/No shows

We understand that life happens and things can come up. However, our stylists time is valuable and it needs to be utilized and respected to the best of our ability. 

If you have previously "no showed" or canceled your appointment in under 24 hours, a $50 fee will be required for you to book your next appointment. This charge will not be applied towards your service.

Text Reminders

You will receive a text confirmation at least 48 hours prior to your appointment. In the event we do not receive a response from you, a secondary text will be sent. If we have attempted to confirm your appointment more than once with no reply, we reserve the right to cancel your appointment and fill the spot. 


Tardiness whether intentional or not can put a time constraint on your stylist. We ask that you please be understanding if your stylist cannot perform your service to completion upon your arrival if you are tardy.

Service Appointments of Minors

We ask that a parent or guardian be present at the time of consultation for your minors appointment as to prevent any confusion of timing, pricing or overall goals of the appointment.
